Behaviours
DISC enables us to quickly and accurately assess an individual's behavioural style at work. DISC considers behaviour under three circumstances: normal or steady state, extreme pressure, and adjusted for current working conditions. DISC measures the intensity of four unique workplace behaviours:
Dominance: How do people respond to problems & challenges
Influence: How do people influence others to their point of view
Steadiness: How do people respond to the pace of the environment
Compliance: How do people respond to rules & procedures set by others

Aptitude and Ability
The General Intelligence Assessment “GIA” gauges an individual’s ability to assimilate information, and resiliency to the pressures of the workplace.
It allows us to understand a person’s reasoning capabilities, their reaction to ambiguity, and their ability to integrate new learning quickly. The GIA is helpful to determine an individual’s ability to adapt to different situations and pressures as they make decisions.

Personality & Potential
The High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) produces a comprehensive report which effectively identifies potential leadership capabilities in new and existing team members.
It assesses leadership potential by exploring an individual’s personality traits and provides insight into how compatible they might be for a particular position, for example, senior executive leadership. By providing insight into a person’s personality traits and how well they are suited to a given position, the HPTI helps to ensure that the right people are in the right positions and are given the best chance to develop and to reach their fullest potential. Current leaders are supported in becoming the best they can be and future leaders can be objectively identified and nurtured.

Emotional Intelligence
Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) evaluates our ability to understand ourselves and other people, and our ability to use this knowledge to achieve our goals. In understanding our emotions and their impact on others, we get key insights into interpersonal relationships. This is important because the quality of our relationships can have a direct impact on our ability to get information from others, see human derailers, and work with others to create results.
Assessment Time: 25 – 35 minutes
Team Report
Team Report provides data to enable a team to align to their business, understand how the team works, the strengths and limitations, and the roles each individual plays on the team to optimize on the contribution of the various team members.
